2 Stars! A tragedy!
For sure! In week view on iPhone X Wednesday and Sunday are no longer cut off. The days are just smaller now! (sarcasm off) About as big as in Pocket Informant 4. And that’s not adapted to the longer display, what a waste. The Notch still isn’t widely considered and obscured information (especially in landscape mode), disastrous wheels for the appointment inputs (why can’t it at least optional 5-minute-sections, or even better: buttons?) And – of course – still a financing model to run away. Give me finally a real reason to continue to send you money! So far I don’t see any!
Still no working watch app. Spending to much time fixing issues for Mac program and IPhone X, not enough work or support being done to fix major known issues revolving around all the other older IOS devices. When going to subscription fee, talked about getting better updates in a timely manner. Each update has had its own set of problems. Rush out poorly executed updates, which fix one issue but 2 unknown issues seem to develop. Wish one update would come out without major problems
Do not give up hope. Soon it will be time to pay once again for Informant 6!
How about just fixing major issues like watch app not working. Hasn’t worked since IOS 11 update and still no timeline
It is really frustrating, that there are no improvements since month. No new date/time picker and a lot of other thing working worse than in informant 4. Really Really a bad work at all.
Nkraus, Posting on this blog will not help you (or others). Post your experience on the App Store reviews page. Keith seems to think that he and his minions are doing a great job with improvements to the App.
I bought Informant as well as Informant Sync but it does not sync. It says not yet authenticated. How do I fix this?
