Pocket Informant 3 for Android does not yet offer creating new tasks without leaving the main task view. However there is another way to create new tasks quickly.
When you open new task dialog you can enter just one line for the task title. But, if you add more lines, each of them will be saved as a separate task. All the other properties will be the same for all these new tasks. This is an easy way in which you can add many tasks for the same day, folder, context, etc.
