How much does Informant Sync for Web cost?
Informant Sync for Web has no additional cost for those that are subscribed to Informant Sync. If you do not have an Informant Sync subscription, you may purchase it either via the iTunes store, Android Play, or at https://www.pocketinformant.com/products/informantsync/.
What features does Informant Sync for Web have?
Informant Sync for Web currently offers task management as well as limited calendaring. Check back regularly as more calendar features will be added as we get user feedback and continue internal testing before releasing for public testing.
What data will sync with Informant Sync for Web?
Currently only Informant Sync specific data will sync with Informant Sync for Web. Stay tuned for when this capability is extended to other cloud services.
Why does the calendar view have limited features?
There is a lot of testing that is needed before releasing various features, as the integrity of our users’ data is of the utmost importance. We are hopeful that the ability to add & edit recurring events will be released by the end of 2022 Q1, so stay tuned for when that happens.
How do I give feedback?
Most feedback should be given via this form submission – https://forms.gle/RzvNoR77XjwTMtUb6. If you run into any serious issues, reach out to our Support team at https://www.pocketinformant.com/support/.
