How do I sync my data to Informant Sync so it is viewable in the web version?
Syncing your data with Informant Sync is quite easy.

First, make sure that you are using the same username and password on all of your devices. You will use that same login to access the web version. Once this is set up you will need to set up your data to be assigned to the Informant Sync service. Since tasks are the only thing available on the web version right now, we will only go over syncing tasks. To do this, follow these instructions:

In iOS:

  1. Navigate to tasks (click check mark icon at bottom nav bar)
  2. Select Projects
  3. In lower-left area of screen select Edit
  4. Select chosen project
  5. Select Sync To
  6. Select Informant Sync
  7. Select Save

In macOS:

  1. Navigate to tasks (click check mark in top middle nav bar)
  2. Right-click chosen project and select Edit
  3. Select Sync Account drop down
  4. Assign to Informant Sync
  5. Select OK

In Android:

  1. Navigate to tasks (click check mark icon at bottom nav bar)
  2. Select header in upper-left corner (Eg, All Active)
  3. Expand Projects
  4. Long press on chosen project and select Edit
  5. Select Account
  6. Select Informant Sync
  7. Select Save

Once this is finished you will be able to see the chosen project and its corresponding tasks in the web version. Any data added in the web version will automatically show up on your other devices under the Informant Sync account.

How much does Informant Sync for Web cost?
Informant Sync for Web has no additional cost for those that are subscribed to Informant Sync. If you do not have an Informant Sync subscription, you may purchase it either via the iTunes store, Android Play, or at https://www.pocketinformant.com/products/informantsync/.
