Fixed readability issues of the widget in iOS Dark Mode

Fixed subscribed calendars can be added via url to Informant once again

Fixed issue on non-home button devices where search results extended below the view selection bar

Fixed issue where subscribed calendars would show as “unsycned” in Manage Calendars view.  They now have their own “subscribed” designation.

Fixed more iOS Dark Mode/Informant theme compatibility issues 

Fixed passcode overlay visual issue

Also included are some other various minor bug fixes and small updates.
